Symptoms
Sudden onset of illness with general malaise, spiking fevers, severe headache, photophobia, and myalgias. May have nausea, vomiting, cough, sore throat, and diarrhea.

Comments:
Full recovery takes 1-2 weeks. Occurs primarily in South America and Central America.
